I have liked this vet. But have changed to a new provider after vet said "it would hurt my heart" to euthanize my 15 ½ yo dog with complete spinal stenosis C4- to her tail, bilateral osteoarthritis in every joint, enlarged left heart, grade 3/4 heart murmur.

I could have a short novel of my experience here. I've been a client for almost 25 years. Adored Dr Liz but something shifted in the last couple years and not sure what. My last visit I brought in my new rescue which she sneered at "where did HE come from?!" With disgust and disdain. Paid and left with a recommendation for a dental and a referral to a local dentist. A solid MONTH later I get a call that they forgot to ring me up for service they missed and wanted immediate payment. Done.... Skip to this year, I notice my profile on their app was just wiped. I call and was told my account had been "eliminated" due to not paying a bill and going to another vet. I was AGHAST.. what?!? So the secretary assured me she would look into this call me back. She never did. I've since started a new vet but had to share this
